For lovers of good cuisine, having a spacious, comfortable and bright workspace is a real pleasure. In the design of this kitchen we have achieved maximum clarity. The kitchen faces south, with a generous window opening. This allows the exterior light to be captured all day long, and in the afternoon, if you like, you can adjust the blind with its adjustable slats to filter the light. Corian predominates: this is a continuous material that allows us to have a pleasing, clean and seamless workspace that is visually uniform. We combine the white of the stone and the furniture with the raw colour of the large front tile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The staircase that connects all the floors combines natural wood and iron, forming steps without risers, which combined with the large two-storey high window generates a minimalist, bright space.

In the SANTOS kitchen, the NEOLITH top is combined with a solid chestnut wood bar that gives an organic touch to the minimalist design. The kitchen merges with the dining area and living room, enjoying the light of the south-facing aspect and connecting the garden, pool, Mediterranean pine trees and sea. With the creation of a single living room, dining room and kitchen space surrounded by large windows that occupy practically all the south and west facades we were able to provide the day area with great amplitude and lighting, retaining the individuality of the rooms through fixtures such as the fireplace or the kitchen island.

On the first floor there is a suite with dressing room and private bathroom with direct sea views. The bed faces the large window, which overlooks the sea, and the wall where the headboard rests has a large glazed surface that separates the bedroom from the dressing room and allows access to the views. In this way, the three rooms that make up the suite (bedroom, dressing room and bathroom) can enjoy the superb views thanks to the location of the building. In the bathroom, we highlight the
wall taps of matt copper colour and the sink, formed with anthracite grey porcelain with a metal copper effect, creating an interplay that overlaps materials and textures.
