Laia Tió.
Architect and founder.
Laia Tió is the driving spirt and founder of the architecture firm. She founded opened the firm with the aim of creating comfortable and pleasant environments, recovering old spaces with the utmost respect for the materials and the people who will inhabit them. After 12 years of experience, the firm has grown with a solid and efficient team. Their experience and track record are the guarantee for creating unique spaces full of character.
Laia Tió holds degrees in Architecture from ETSAB and the Università degli Studi di Firenze, in Italy. She also has a master’s degree in calculation of concrete structures from the UPC and a postgraduate qualification in Interior Space Design at ELISAVA, UPF, Barcelona. In 2008, she founded the architecture firm to manage residential, commercial and historical heritage recovery projects. Always taking care of spaces, thinking about comfort, aesthetics and functionality.
LAIA GARCÍA, ARCHITECT
Laia creates and develops architecture, interior design and rehabilitation projects. A specialist in the conception of spaces, she works with a careful selection of materials for retail and interiors, at the construction and finishing level.
She has a degree in Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a postgraduate degree in visual and commercial window display.
PAULA GALÍ, ARQUITECTA
Paula creates and develops architectural projects. A keen visionary, she gets involved in each new assignment to achieve a good technical, sustainable and formal design. In addition, she is responsible for producing renders (the generation of photorealistic images from a 3D model) and serves as the Head of New Technologies.
She has a degree in Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a postgraduate degree in BIM modeling and coordination from the Universidad de Chile.
MIREIA LECHUGA, ARQUITECTA
Mireia is responsible for the development, creation, and comprehensive management of projects with attention to detail and precision, always striving for a well-resolved design on a technical, compositional, and visual level. With a resolute, methodical, and consistent approach, she contributes to the steady and coherent progress of each project.
She holds a degree in Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
QUIM PEREA, ARQUITECTE
Quim brings a fresh and creative perspective to his understanding of architecture. He takes part in all phases of a project, from the initial concept to construction management, and particularly enjoys the conceptual stages. He believes that when an idea is strong, it should be carried through to the end. With enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit, he helps turn every sketch into reality with maximum coherence and technical precision.
He holds a degree in Architectural Studies from the Universitat de Girona and completed an exchange program at the Politecnico di Milano (Italy). He also earned the qualifying Master’s degree in Architecture from the Universitat de Girona.
ÀLEX AROZAMENA, FINANCE
Àlex Arozamena, Finance: Alex directs the viability of operations and manages project budgets.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University, a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from UPF and a Postgraduate in Administration from the Cesar Ritz University Centre in Switzerland.
