Making your own home is one of life’s most important projects. Therefore, every time we as an architecture studio carry out a new residential project, we start with a personal interview with the people who will live there. To connect and understand how they want their home to be, to tune into their way of life, with their daily routine. In the design of this detached house we have played with an open architecture, enjoying spacious and Mediterranean spaces: height, light, open environments and visual communication between the different rooms. The design of the house faces south to enjoy the natural light, its interior design is clean, minimalist and authentic. The exposed pine beams play the desired featured role.

The owner himself designed and created his furniture by hand, with reclaimed wood, bringing personal character to the space, thus generating a more natural appearance and a warm and pleasant environment.

A house in the heart of nature with a sustainable attitude. The construction of the house is designed to energy efficiency criteria; we have made use of aerothermics, a very efficient system that allows us to achieve a very low level of energy consumption thanks to the TERMOCHIP roof and the sandwich panel, which act as insulation. It is a light roof, with the minimum weight and that facilitates thermal comfort inside the house. A sustainable construction system that delivers savings and helps to protect our environment.

The interior design of the house gives off a fresh and positive attitude. The texture of exposed brick painted white adds character to the area of XXXXXXXXX and the combination with natural wood enhances these values, the views of Montseny and the sea allow you to enjoy the natural environment, whether you are indoors or in the garden.
